Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Once an audio file has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Digital products cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed.

All hypnosis sessions are delivered as downloadable MP3 audio files.

For the smoothest download experience, we strongly recommend downloading your files on a desktop computer or laptop.

Important:

Large audio files may take several minutes to download depending on your internet speed.


Some larger products may be delivered in a ZIP folder to reduce download size.


If your purchase arrives as a ZIP file, you will need to extract (unzip) the folder before accessing the MP3 files.


Most Windows and Mac computers include built-in extraction tools. Simply right-click the ZIP file and select "Extract" or "Unzip."
